Raheb Physical Therapy, based in Medfield, Massachusetts, provides physical therapy services to infants, children, teenagers, and young adults. In speaking with owner, Jenna Raheb, she describes the business as offering “outpatient, in-home, community, school, telehealth services [and] events that help to build community for parents, such as infant and child play groups.”
Rather than a “one size fits all” model, Raheb PT aims to provide individualized experiences tailored to each child in a way that’s realistic for each family. “ We also recognize that medical trauma for both kids and families is very common, so we offer trauma-informed care in a physical space that feels more “home-like” than medical,” says Raheb. Jenna and the rest of the physical therapy team will guide each potential client in determining if they’re a right fit, always striving to help patients navigate the confusing healthcare industry so all they need to focus on is their child getting the care they need.

Raheb Physical Therapy, named after the owner Jenna herself, came about after she skated for Disney on Ice. And you might be thinking, “what?!?” That’s definitely how I reacted! But, let’s back up. Jenna has known from a young age that she wanted a career that involved helping others in the health care world. But, beyond that she wasn’t sure of her path. After taking a year off of college she took a job skating for Disney on Ice and during her stint she participated in an event with the company at a children’s hospital. Something clicked for Jenna that day when she had the epiphany that she wanted to work with children.
After getting her degree Jenna struggled to find a workplace where children and families were treated in a manner that she thought best for them. So after seven years in the practice, she decided to venture out on her own. Now Jenna’s goal is to expand the services currently offered and reach even more families and children. How inspiring!

Working with Jenna at her location in Medfield was such a great experience all around. I was instantly met with a warm welcome from the Raheb family and loved witnessing the way they showed up for each other. Jenna is very warm, friendly, and clearly cares about what she does.
So I wanted to capture that. Our child model was her son so it made it all the more fun. I guided Jenna to just go through a few of the normal activities she’d typically do with patients and it was because of her ability to ease into what she’d normally do that there didn’t need to be much coaching at all! Once our “patient” left midway through, I guided Jenna a bit more through some more intentional shots and I think we were successful in the photos we were able to get. And the shoot only took about fifteen minutes!
Everything for the shoot was captured in the Raheb PT office in the Olde Medfield Square in Medfield, Massachusetts. Located in an office suite, the space is warm and welcoming and has a bright waiting area with books and other things for kids to play with and resources for the adults to explore. In the treatment rooms I noticed a lot of equipment like jumping stones, dots on the floor, play eggs containing shapes to match up, gym mats, balance beams, a play kitchen setup and more. These became great props for our shoot.
From the first walk around I knew I needed to capture the color and playfulness. The space was set up professionally but I could see how it would be a comfort to children coming in to play and see bright colors while getting their treatments. I thought it was important to capture that.

As I mentioned, in these short fifteen minutes Jenna and I were able to capture services offered and how she interacts with a patient, the treatment rooms and details of them, headshots of Jenna, and Jenna setting up a space for patients coming in. Each of these types of photography are important to a brand to build trust with their prospective clients.
Families with children needing medical care may be hesitant in who they turn to for these treatments. Putting a face to the brand and seeing how Jenna cares for her patients can help ease that stress and choose to move forward with Raheb PT. Images of the treatment rooms and equipment used can also aid in this so clients know what they’re walking into. Visual aids help a lot when it comes to connection and trust in business.

In putting these photos to use, there are so many avenues Raheb Physical Therapy can take. Jenna expressed that she was looking for photos to use on her website, Instagram, Facebook, flyers and other promotional materials. These are all fantastic ways to use the images we captured together. Keeping branding imagery updated and relevant helps build trust in her community around Medfield, Massachusetts and set her apart. Brand photography can be used in any number of ways to promote your business and attract and help customers.

Branding photography for small businesses is so important for so many reasons. As a Medfield Branding Photographer, I know firsthand how great brand imagery helps build trust before the client even walks through the door. It leaves a great first impression of professionalism and personality and also helps to compete with the larger brands.
It’s also great for staying consistent across all platforms and marketing materials. Businesses put so much work into their branding, voice, and mission so it’s important to keep that consistency in visuals as well.

Medfield, Massachusetts is a small town, but it’s filled with many small businesses doing some great things. Raheb Physical Therapy is among those and I just know they’ll continue to thrive in helping children, families, and the community of Medfield and the surrounding areas. It was such a pleasure working with Jenna and if you or your children are ever in need of a physical therapist I hope you’ll check out Raheb Physical Therapy.
